Here is an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to be an integral part of an enterprise-scale cloud initiative. This individual, a motivated and driven self-starter, will work on the organization’s Cloud Identity services. This role will be supporting and configuring Cloud Identity services for our customers and partners. This role is critical to delivering customer facing services as part of our enterprise product suite.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux, LDAP, Directory services, Identity and Access management tech-stacks
  • Liaises with the organization’s support and technical stakeholders for Cloud Identity services
  • Work directly with customers to resolve escalated incidents and issues related to IAM\Single Sign On
  • Installs, tests, documents, and troubleshoots Cloud Infrastructure services
  • Ability to Document existing and new infrastructure deployments using Run Book and architecture diagrams
  • Deliver technical troubleshooting and scripting of IAM services
  • Follow best practices, procedures, and change management processes
  • Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively, resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports
  • Provide production systems support that may include duties such as deployment, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cloud Infrastructure services (Compute & Network services) 24X7, production SAAS environments
  • Should be proactive and able to operate effectively with minimum supervision
  • Collaborate with technical/business teams assess requirements and recommend solutions
  • Handle off-hour escalations and take part in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years administering within large scale enterprise environments, with at least 2+ years in a large Cloud based Public Infrastructure services, Google preferred
  • Experience managing modern identity solutions (Okta, Shibboleth, PingID, ADFS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of security compliance relating to IAM standards, including NIST framework and CIS controls. Should be proactive and able to operate effectively with minimum supervision
  • Expertise in designing and supporting infrastructure services preferred
  • Hands on experience in scripting such as Shell, Python and\or Perl
  • Experience in supporting Windows and Linux servers
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in working within controlled environment would be an advantage
